Thank you for booking a service with me. I look forward to seeing you. Please read my policies below so your service can begin on time and you can avoid any unwanted fees. I want you to enjoy your experience and the results of your service. Let’s work together to make that happen.

Important Information & Policies

My studio is located at the corner of Raleigh and 23rd at 1536 NW 23rd Avenue in Portland, Oregon. On-street parking is available in that area, which you must pay for any time before 4 pm Monday-Friday. You can use the Parking Kitty app to make that easier. There are other businesses up and down the street, so please give yourself 10-15 minutes to find a parking spot.

This site does not have an indoor waiting area, so I ask clients to wait outside, under the building’s portico five minutes before their appointments. The door is always locked (their rule, not mine), so I will come down to meet you and bring you upstairs. Like any other building these days, masks are required inside for any service that doesn’t require me to work around your mouth. I thoroughly sterilize my room between services for everyone’s safety.

Pre-Appointment Considerations

Some services are fairly quick. However, others are scheduled for hours at a time. It’s a good idea to hydrate well and use the bathroom before longer services such as eyelash extensions.

My suite is humidity controlled for optimum lash bonding; I want your lashes to last as long as possible. Unfortunately, that can’t be said for the entire site. Leaving the Project Ink suite during an eyelash extension service may result in a less-than-optimum lash bond and the premature fallout of extensions due to fluctuations in humidity.

Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policies

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at any time (subject to availability). However, please be aware that:

  • you will be charged 100% of your service price if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment (a no-call/no-show)
  • you will be charged 50% of your service price if you cancel or reschedule your appointment within two (2) business days of the date it was scheduled
  • services must be canceled or rescheduled at least two (2) business days before your original appointment date in order to avoid being charged a fee
  • cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show fees are nonrefundable and will not be credited toward any future service with Project Ink

I greatly dislike assessing these fees, so please contact me to let me know as soon as you know you can’t make your appointment. That allows me to help you reschedule for a better time, so you can enjoy your service as intended.
